• RTW: can be exchanged within 7 days in store for different sizes if available and invoice is produced. Conditions have to be completely new. Clients must pay for shipping. Cannot be returned.

• MADE TO ORDER and ONE-OFF: Cannot be returned.

• BESPOKE: Cannot be returned.

CUSTOMISATION:

• RTW: no

• ONE-OFF: no

• MADE-TO-ORDER: Can be customised by sizing/small details/length, but not with big changes to the design/detail. All changes must be made before making

• BESPOKE: Design from the start according to customisation
